[bug-cppi] Suppressing indentation from double inclusion guards |

Good morning,
Is there a way to specify that the first level of #if-like statements
should not cause indentation?
I ask because I'd like content within double inclusion guards (e.g.
#ifndef FOO_H/#define FOO_H/#endif) not to be indented-- otherwise
nearly every directive in most header files is indented one level.
Thanks,
Rhys
