Thank you for the information. I tried to install Tru64 5.1b in
FreeAXP, but it seems to fail in the middle of the installation. I
attach the log. I initially thought it is related to the firmware
version, but comparing it with the log found in Ref. [1], the "Error:"
doesn't seem to be necessarily related to the firmware version because
the notice of the firmware version exists also in the successful log.
The installation seems to recognize the firmware version to be 7.0
while Tru64 5.1b comes with the firmware version 6.8 in Disk 7. So, if
we were to update the firmware, we would be going to downgrade it from
7.0 to 6.8. However, it doesn't seem to be possible to change the
firmware version of FreeAXP according to a comment in Ref. [2], though
I haven't actually tried.
