a2ps segfault with --stdin=""

An old bug here, not sure about its impact. But at least segfault should not
happen.

% echo | a2ps --stdin=""
[(null) (plain): 1 page on 1 sheet]
[1]    189333 done                echo | 
       189334 segmentation fault  a2ps --stdin=""

% a2ps --version
