More stuff

- preprocessor directives, may be spanning multiple lines
- expressions and colors in syntax files
        (*.syntax, at the moment "c.syntax" hardcoded)
- timing logged to console

NB: colors in syntax files are in range 0-255 instead of GdkColor 0-65535.
NB2: don't blame me for the code, I know it's a real mess but this is just
for testing.

I'd especially appreciate feedback regarding the syntax file format and
the method I use to read the syntax files (fscanf()).
