[bug#60771] [PATCH] tests: disable git log pager usage |

When running this code locally, the git log call can trigger a pager
depending on the local settings, which in turn forces the test to be
interactive. Run git with --no-pager to force disable it.
* t/get-sysconf.sh: Run git with --no-pager.
