So the special line '@SET_MAKE@' into generated Makefile.in
is useless. Get rid of it.
* lib/am/header-vars.am (@SET_MAKE@): Remove.
* m4/init.m4 (AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE): Don't require 'AC_PROG_MAKE_SET'
anymore.
