    functions: add Bitrig defaults
    
    Cater to the Bitrig OS, an OpenBSD fork.  config.guess and
    config.sub have been updated upstream.
    
    * lib/autoconf/functions.m4 (_AC_FUNC_MALLOC_IF)
    (_AC_FUNC_REALLOC_IF): Bitrig inherits from BSD.
