I am pleased to announce the release of Rational 1.5.
Rational is a C++ class implementing rational numbers of limited size
with overflow detection. Both numerator and denominator are of type 'int'.
Rational allows you to perform exact calculations and verify at any time
if overflow has occurred. Rational does not throw exceptions.
The 'parse' function is intended as a mean of obtaining values exactly
representable by small fractions from the command line, for example
'0.1', '1/3' or '355/113'.
Rational is used in combination with Arg_parser in GNU ddrescue and GNU
Ocrad.
The homepage is at http://www.nongnu.org/arg-parser/rational.html
The sources can be downloaded from

The sha256sum is:

This release is also GPG signed. You can download the signature by
appending '.sig' to the URL. If the 'gpg --verify' command fails because
you don't have the required public key, then run this command to import it:
gpg --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv-keys 8FE99503132D7742
Changes in version 1.5:
* The option '-s, --sqrt' of the test program now accepts a rational
argument.
* A block of relational tests has been added to the test program.
Please send bug reports and suggestions to address@hidden
Regards,
Antonio Diaz, Rational author and maintainer.
