Yeah, I think that's what we more or less agreed on. How about we say 80 px
average and 85 px maximum height? For humans, that is. Elves could be 85px
average and dwarves maybe 60px. Then your normal door would measure 80-90px
height. Maybe we could have humans&elves bending over when walking through a
dwarf door? (just an idea... :)

I just think we shouldn't bother about +-5px.

I had also suggested 1m=40px on the y-axis and 1m=60px on the x-axis as a
measurement guideline. Can you all live with that?
