The Reproducible paper template is designed to make it easy to write exactly/fully reproducible (scientific) papers/reports. The users define the programs they need for their research, how they should be downloaded and built, how they should be run and finally, how the final plots/figures should be created within the pre-defined structure. The pipeline will then build the software, download the data, do the analysis and build the final paper. This mailing list is dedicated to the template's development discussions which are done on the Bugs and Task trackers of Gnuastro's project management hub at Savannah. Direct posting to this list is not allowed. Please use the support, bugs and tasks issue trackers there to join the discussion. All the comments posted there will be automatically sent to this mailing list for circulation and secondary archiving (besides Savannah).

Subscribing to Reproduce-devel
Subscribe to Reproduce-devel by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you.
