My Xlog 2.0.3 Cabrillo export begins with Start-of-log: 2.0, yet here's 
a bit from the recent Ohio QSO Party's rules:

> The ARRL and CQ require 3.x and as such so does OhQP.
Does 2.0.5 use Cabrillo 3.0? I don't have 2.0.5 here, but didn't see an 
update listed in the Changelog.
