Hi Al,

I must have somehow missed that one...

We should rewrite the function "on_addclickall_activate" in
src/callbacks_mainwindow_menu.c (starts at line 384), here is a
replacement which will make it work again:

on_addclickall_activate (GtkMenuItem * menuitem, gpointer user_data)
    GtkWidget *clickallmenu, *writemenu;

    clickallmenu = gtk_ui_manager_get_widget
        (ui_manager, "/MainMenu/EditMenu/Click All");
    g_signal_emit_by_name (G_OBJECT (clickallmenu), "activate");
    writemenu = gtk_ui_manager_get_widget
        (ui_manager, "/MainMenu/EditMenu/Write");
    g_signal_emit_by_name (G_OBJECT (writemenu), "activate");
