The more bugs you find, the better! I already have 2 in my TODO list for the next release :-)
Yesterday I was visiting Altti OH2HN and he was having a rather weird problem with xlog: 0.9.5, rebuilt from sources on Suse 9.2, was correctly importing a large ADIF file and saving it to its native format apparently ok, but when opening the saved native file the log appears to be empty. So I tried this: 1) create new log, enter 1 record, save to adif, close and restart xlog 2) open adif (ok), save to xlog native format, close and restart 3) open test file in native formatResult: no qso data loaded and file is cleared when exiting, though there was one qso recorded when program was started in step 3.This morning I have downloaded 0.9.6, built the Debian package and repeated the steps above: same problem also here.
Yes, reproduces fine here. I will have a look. Thanks!
I also had a small glitch when reconfiguring xlog for the first time: choosing "save with every change" then clicking "ok" produced a segfault, but I can't reproduce it yet (system is Debian/testing) so I'll get back to you with more info if I manage to do it.
Yes please, if you find a way to reproduce this...I will go through all the preferences again to make sure they all work okay. I must admit that I did not test them all.
B73, Andrea.
