Found libhamlib-1.1.4.so.1

Now looking for libexpat.so.1
anyone know of a source?

Hi Jerry,

sorry for the late reply. This is a know issue with the rpm files, because they were build on a debian box. The problem with building an rpm is that you can never be sure that the dependencies are okay on different distributions.

You can either make a symbolic link from libexpat.so.1 to your libexpat (available in the libexpat or libexpat1 package), or try to compile from source. The latter is recommended, although it's not so easy if you have never done it.

Also, a new hamlib has been released recently, which might offer better support for your rig, but I don't know if there are any rpm's available. Please check out hamlib.org.

Thanks in advance,
