I would like to now why xlog crashes on your system and not on my system. Do you know how to used the gnu debugger (gdb) ?

Yes, i select the printer destination but not print, only make file named log.ps.
I use cups print system and lp is the name of my printer.

Very strange. My version if dvips prints directly to the printer and does not create a log.ps file.

I guess you could type: 'lpr ~/.xlog/log.ps'

Hopefully I can fix this in the next version.
