That's because of the mirror-ing system on Savannah - it's in
their download directory but when you try to downloadt you
get redircted to your next mirror server and it often takes
some time for the mirrors to pick it up.

That's something I didn't create, it seems to be created auto-
matically when I create a new git 'tag'. And this looks as if
I forgot the 'x' in the tag name...
If you want it now try this URL (note the '-noredirect', that
keeps the server from redirecting you to a mirror):

The git repository comes without the configure script since
this cab ge generated. To generate it you best use the
'autogen.sh' script in the main directory which does a bit
more than running 'autoconf'.
