[XForms] "Service pack 2" for xforms-1.0.92

Hi everybody,

   Jussi Elorante found a bug that kept posthandlers rom working
for XYPLOT objects and Peter S. Galbraith noticed that the docu-
mentation in info format didn't built correctly. Since there is
still the chance to get a corrected version into the upcoming
FC12 release here's another "service pack" release of version
1.0.92 of XForms:

Also the documentation got a few changes, its now available as
