[Xforms-cvs] xforms CVS incomplete [Re: Build trouble (help!)]

Next move... use CVS xforms. autogen.sh prints:

configure.ac: required file `config/install-sh' not found
configure.ac: required file `config/mkinstalldirs' not found
configure.ac: required file `config/missing' not found

...and configure wails:

configure: error: cannot find install-sh or install.sh in config ./config

Indeed they are not there. A forteriori, they are not in the CVS
repository as checked also through the Web interface.

I know this is standard stuff, but wouldn't it be nice to make sure
they are there?
