The reason I gave it the name "lesser" is to show people that L
does not stand for "library".
In fact, its name at first was "Library GPL", and then I realized that
that was a harmful association, so I renamed it to "Lesser GPL". In
English, at least, it is important to correct the idea that L stands
for "library", so we don't want to say just "L". I don't know
how this stands in Italian.
