Hi Haim

I just finished to edit your translation of the GPL so it will fit the 
TarGNUm translation standards. meaning mainly changing "קרן התוכנה 
החופשית" into "המוסד לתוכנה חופשית" (for explanation see the Carmel site 
(http://linbrew.sourceforge.net/carmel), which sreves as TarGNUm's word 
list), and "GNU" into "גנו", plus some typo fixing (like missing opening 
double quotes on the word "copyright" at the bottom area).

TarGNUm has a site now: http://targnum.gnu.org.il
and also an address for the translated GNU site: http://gnu.org.il

soon we'll have links to the translations from the english GNU site.

please let me know if you find ane mistakes in the edited document, as 
this version will probably get more attention than others, being on the 
hebrew version of the GNU (and FSF) site.
