Log message:
        philosophy/ucita.html(edited): one broken link (to infoworld.com's 
page) was removed; new link to wikipedia's page on UCITA added in place of the 
infoworld.com's link; two broken links were replaced; replacements & additions 
done after getting approval from rms.
