+Tehnologia informaÈiilor digitale aduce o contribuÈie lumii uÈurând
copierea
+Èi modificarea informaÈiei. Calculatoarele promit sÄ facÄ acest lucru mai
+uÈor pentru noi toÈi.</p>

+Nu toatÄ lumea vrea ca acest lucru sÄ fie mai uÈor. Sistemul de copyright le

+Toate patru metodele amintesc de cele folosite în fosta Uniune SovieticÄ,

+Ideile Èi intuiÈia noastrÄ despre proprietate la nivelul obiectelor
+materiale vizeazÄ dreptul de <em>a lua un obiect</em> de la altcineva. Ele
+nu se aplicÄ direct la <em>crearea unei copii</em> dupÄ ceva. Dar
+proprietarii ne cer sÄ le aplicÄm oricum.</p></li>

+<li id="exaggeration">Exagerarea.
+
+<p>
+Proprietarii spun cÄ eu suferÄ âpagubeâ sau âpierderi economiceâ
când
+utilizatorii îÈi copiazÄ singuri programele. Dar copierea nu are niciun
+efect direct asupra proprietarului Èi nu face rÄu nimÄnui. Proprietarul
+pierde numai dacÄ persoana care a fÄcut o copie ar fi plÄtit altminteri
+pentru o copie de la proprietar.</p>

+<p>
+PuÈinÄ gândire aratÄ cÄ majoritatea acestor oameni nu ar fi cumpÄrat
+cópii. TotuÈi, proprietarii îÈi socotesc âpierderileâ ca Èi cum

+Dar dacÄ tu rulezi sau schimbi un program pe care eu l-am scris, te
+afecteazÄ pe tine direct Èi pe mine doar indirect. DacÄ tu îi dai o copie
+prietenului tÄu, vÄ afecteazÄ pe voi doi mult mau mult decât pe mine. Eu nu
