Furthermore, as explained in README.webmastering, the file fp:/gd/gnuorg/web/FTP.contacts must be edited, recording the date, URL, ticket and address of the mirror admin. This is important, as we have to contact the mirror operators when their mirrors are offline or not kept up-to-date.

I even started to record the date (+ optionally ticket, if asked by a user) and reason for removal, as one unreliable mirror was added shortly after its removal.

What is the ticket for this Texas mirror? If it was sent to another queue, please reassign to webmasters or at least edit FTP, run `make' and edit the FTP.contacts file at fencepost.
Someone pinged me and asked why it was listed, so I thought I would add it. I didn't realise there was so much procedure to it. I guess nevermind then.
