Log message:
Remove XHTML file. Having a .html and .xhtml file confuses user
agents when using MultiView. If server negotiation is intended,
a symbolic link to the XHTML file as .html is the only way to
accomplish this. Since our policy is sending xhtml sent as text/html
only, removing the XHTML file.
