Add an option to parse urls even in unknown tags, attributes or js.

httrack has such an option

This would be helpful in many cases.  
E.g. some files are linked in data-[.*] attributes and later parsed by 
JavaScript.  
Or, some files are directly linked in JS code.  
Etc.
