wget2 | Internal error: Unexpected relative path - reproducible - wget 1.99 on uibuntu 18 LTS (#525)

Hello,

I use wget2 to grab an url with this command
/usr/local/bin/wget2 --robots=off --stats-site=csv:site.log 
--stats-ocsp=ocsp.log --stats-server=server.log --stats-tls=tls.log --debug 
--save-headers --verbose --recursive --tries=10 --output-file=output.log 
--domains "www.eos-24.de" "https://www.eos-24.de";

The excecutuion failed with this error.
Internal error: Unexpected relative path: 
'www.eos-24.de/wp-content/plugins/material-design-for-contact-form-7/public/..'

Maybe somebody can figure out if this is a bug in the software or the website.
