See above, I have no (good) ideas :-)
Since wget2 tests normally runs as user, we can't simply add or configure new
network interfaces.
Not sure about the docker CI runners, where wget2 runs as root. Maybe we can
add new loopback interfaces, but I am not so deep into docker to say for sure.
@suhasks123 Don't bother about the tests for now. Just make manual tests in the
first place.
