As I mentioned on Matrix, I don't think `--content-disposition` should be a
"lighter" version of `--trust-server-names`. Wget's behaviour is outright
incorrect.
`--trust-server-names` allows Wget/2 to use the filename from the redirected
URL.
`--content-disposition` allows Wget/2 to use the filename that the server
provides with the content-disposition header.
They should be spearate options and neither affects the other. If
`--content-disposition` is enabled and a header is found, it's value trumps the
name derived from the URL.
