If you specify Content-Length as too large, currently wget2 will wait for more
to come ... until timeout (which is 10s). The test succeeds after timeout. This
is true for the HTTP/1.1 code.
If you specify Content-Length as too small, currently wget2 will print out e.g.
`Body too large: 118 instead of 110 bytes'. The test succeeds. This is true for
the HTTP/1.1 code.
With `--ignore-length` the test will (or should) also succeed, but without
timeout and without that 'Body too large' message.
