Then we need a fix that breaks backward compatibility. `/` and `/index.html` must result in two different file names and not both in `/index.html` as it now is (and always was with Wget1.x). Wget1.x saves the first occurrence (of `/` or `/index.html`) as `index.html` and the second as `index.html.1`, but after download you can't say which one was which.
