I am re-compiling Wget2 and it doesn't fall back:

```
libtoolize: copying file `m4/lt~obsolete.m4'
./bootstrap: gnulib/gnulib-tool.py  --import --no-changelog --aux-dir build-aux
--doc-base doc --lib libgnu --m4-base m4/ --source-base lib/ --tests-base tests
--local-dir gl --makefile-name=gnulib.mk --libtool --import ...
runtime_loader: Cannot open file /usr/bin/python: No such file or directory
./bootstrap: gnulib-tool failed
```
Here is my config.log:
[config.log](/uploads/a95a93633f10eea3fecde748ff369146/config.log)

However, I think this would be more clear than the log:
```
~/a/wget2> gcc --version
2.95.3-haiku-2014_07_26
~/a/wget2> setarch x86
Switching to architecture x86
[x86] ~/a/wget2> gcc --version
gcc (2016_06_04) 5.4.0
