Just add
```
debug_printf("ratio: %s %d %llu %llu\n", slotp->filename, ratio, max, cur);
```
to libwget/bar.c, before L278.
Then `wget2 -d --progress=bar --force-progress -r https://www.google.com >log
2>&1` for a few seconds and `grep 'ratio:' log`. You'll see ratios > 100 with
weird max(=slotp->file_size) and cur=(slotp->bytes_downloaded). I have no idea
where these values come from - something in the http2 contexts seems to go
wrong.
The issue is not reproducible when setting `--http2-request-window=1`, with 2
it is. Using just 1 thread also doesn't fix it. So it's all about the http2
request window size...
