Follow-up Comment #1:
This is not a bug for me: WeeChat does a strict check on the certificate
(which is better for your security): the hostname in the certificate is
"tophost.azzurra.org", and you're connecting to "crypto.azzurra.org", so the
certificate hostname does not match and then the connection is refused.
Therefore you can connect to the server using the appropriate address:
"tophost.azzurra.org", which is working fine for me.
Or another solution is to disable ssl_verify in server (which is LESS
secured):
/set irc.server.azzurra.ssl_verify off
