Details:

When a user joins a channel, parts (only tested with a single channel shared)
or quits, then rejoins with same nick but changed case, the nick is in memory
with both cases. Neither can be tabcompleted after the user parts/quits before
or after the nick change, though.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Join a channel.
2. Join a clone to the channel ("clone01").
3. Part the clone from the channel.
4. Change the case of the clone's nick ("Clone01").
5. Rejoin the clone to the channel.
6. Try to tabcomplete the clone's nick (hit Tab multiple times to see that
both forms are there).
