With the weechat-0.3.0-rc3.bz2 sources, the cmake option DISABLE_NLS doesn't
work properly and the translation files are still compiled and installed (even
when toggling the option using ccmake instead of cmake). You should be able to
reproduce this with:

mkdir build
cd build
make install
