Follow-up Comment #1:

Such info was returned in stable and older versions of WeeChat. It has been
removed in devel version for security reasons (it can be dangerous to anyone
to know which kernel you're using), please look at task #7494

It will be possible to change your ctcp reply by script (today this script is
not working in devel version).
