Details:

This is specific to buffers.pl...When someone you query changes their nick,
the status bar on the bottom of the window changes to the person's new nick,
but the buffer in buffers.pl doesn't.

As a side problem, in the query window, when the person changes their nick,
it gives no indication like:
* jdhore1 is now known as pants
Like it does in the channel

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Load up Weechat 0.2.7-dev with the buffers.pl script.
2. Query someone.
3. Ask the person you queried to change their nick
4. bug occurs
