Details:

When some plugin/script print something in WeeChat (eg. by weechat::print in
perl) that text is not decoded and colors stay as they are. This is problem
because terminal color syntax is different than irc color syntax.

Example in attached screenshot:
In the big bottom window is channel and in the middle of this channel is
"topic change" line. Same text is displayed in top left window by plugin but
colors are now different.
