Details:
It would be lovely if modes changes could be "queued", as in irssi, i.e.
opping three nicks would result in a "+ooo nick1 nick2 nick3", not three
separate mode changes on three lines - which causes something akin flooding,
especially when opping lots of people.
I hope I'm not missing anything obvious.
