Details:

Allow user to to select different sorting in Act list.
Standard WeeChat sorting is strange for irssi users.

I sages some configuration value e.g. look_act_sort which will have 3
values:
3 - standard WeeChat sorting
[Act: 14:WeeChat,10:linux,3,2]
2 - groups with standard number ordering
[Act: 10:linux,14:WeeChat,3,2]
1 - non group standard number ordering (like in other clients)
[Act: 2,3,10,14]

where 10 and 14 are buffers with high lites, 3 is buffer with message action
and 2 is buffer with join/part action
