Question abour src of hurd

hi there, i have a question, im looking in the cross reference database 
of the source code, and its great, its really good sofware that 
database, wich application do you use to get that running?
i mean this page: http://www.htu.tugraz.at/~past/hurd/global/
it is GNU GLOBAL?
