irc.openprojects.net name change

To the Webmaster,

I noticed that the Hurd site's help page
(http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/help.html) points to the #hurd's channel
on irc.openprojects.net.  I just wanted to remind you that, as of August of
last year, OPN has changed its name to 'freenode'.  Our main web page is now
at http://freenode.net/ and our main irc access rotation is on
'irc.freenode.net'.  Please update your pages and any other pointers you may
have as soon as possible, as we're phasing out the old domain and it may not
be around much longer.

freenode!
