[wdiff-bugs] wdiff 1.0.2 beta for translations

Dear TP Coordinators,

just after releasing wdiff 1.0.1 (thanks again to translators there!), I
found comments in the Czech translations by Petr Pisar, pointing out
missing pluralizations in wdiff. I now added a number of ngettext calls
to the sources, and bundled the resulting code as wdiff 1.0.2, which I
consider to be an inofficial release for translators only:

Can you please see to it that this is the tarball translators will be
working on, so that their next translations will hopefully make use of
the new plural forms? Thank you very much!

By the way: as I wrote in the 1.0.1 release announcement, there are
still a large number of languages for which wdiff has many fuzzy
translations but few approved ones. Can you think of any way to
encourage members of the appropriate translation teams to at least have
a look at those fuzzies, and mark the correct ones as being correct?
