[wdiff-bugs] New version (0.5.90) available for testing

Based on recommendations, I have decided to start using the standard
GNU way of apply version numbers to pre-tests.  So I have released the
latest pre-test as version 0.5.90.  This means that the official
release will be bumped up to version 0.6 (I was originally intending
the official release to be version 0.5.4).

The only change since 0.5.4-pre3 is that the mailing list addresses
have been updated.  Aside from that, the code is the same.

In addition to being available from CVS, this release is also
available at http://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/wdiff/wdiff-0.5.90.tar.gz.  From
now on I will be uploading all releases (pre-test and official) to the
appropriate GNU FTP server.

Version 0.5.90 does not have a fix for the problem Santiago mentioned
about "make dist" requiring README-alpha.  I will include this in the
next pre-test.

Here are some specific items to test:
- make sure the translations work correctly
- verify that all information in the man and info pages are correct
(ie. mailing list addresses, maintainer information, etc.)
- run the test suite (run tests/testsuite after building wdiff); one
test should be ignored, the other should pass
- build and run wdiff on various architectures and OSes to ensure it's
not relying on anything platform-dependent (if you could send me a
list of architectures/OSes you've verified it on, that would be great)
