Summary: Have --rd_fuses output all calibration bytes

Original Submission: uisp-20040311 --rd_fuses only outputs a device's first,
(lowest frequency?) internal clock calibration byte. Could it also sense and
output the calibration bytes for a device's other internal clock frequencies?

Thanks for looking into this and thanks for the excellent program!

-John Firestone

>From the ATtiny26 data sheet:

The ATtiny26 stores four different calibration values for the internal RC
Oscillator. These bytes resides in the signature row high byte of the addresses
0x0000, 0x0001, 0x0002, and 0x0003 for 1, 2, 4, and 8 MHz respectively....
