I have a ATmega323, on my STK500 board.
uisp tells me that it is a AT90S4414.
I don't understand why?
I know the 323 has been replaced by the Mega32, but since I had the 323 at
hand that is what I was using.
address@hidden
/opt/AVR/bin/uisp -dprog=stk500 -dserial=/dev/ttyS0 -dspeed=115200
-dpart=ATmega323 --upload if=rtosdemo.hex
Firmware Version: 1.14
Device AT90S4414 is found.
uisp --version
uisp version 20030618
I tried to run the command line shown above a second time and now I get:
Cannot identify device because it is locked.
Device similar to the ATmega103-old is found.
Uploading: flash
I hope I can unlock this part...
