Is there a way to read the signature row from the UISP command line?
Also, I think one of the problems might be that when I write the new
byte to change the clock speed, the in-system programmer has a hard time
figuring the new clock speed out.  Since it needs a clock to program, it
is no longer able to program.  Does this make sense?  Thanks,
