Fw: emacs tramp hangs

It hangs after tramp-send-command(),  tramp-wait-for-output().
It seems that the emacs-tramp can't detect the output of remote command.

Any ideas?

PS: what's meaning of regex:  "[^#$\n]*%s\r?$"?
