User wishes to use TRAMP to connect to android.
User reads the manual.
User can use adb shell from outside of emacs to do ls etc. that is not the
problem.
User does load-library tramp.
User does find-file adb:/
User does find-file adb::/
User does find-file adb::
User gives up.
Manual should give a 100 % from start to finish example.
