It was discussed in Emacs bug#19731. Well, I really don't know what
shall be the default, because other people have expressed different
preferences ... and it is an old topic, discussed again and again over
the years.
Anyway, I will document it in Emacs 25 etc/NEWS file. I've forgotten that.
